1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a Trail Leader plan on TransitionTrailblazers.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

2. Membership Levels

  • Registered (Free) – access to core community features.
  • Trail Leader (Paid) – premium tools, hosting privileges, and visibility upgrades.
  • Founding Trailblazer (Lifetime) – all Trail Leader benefits for life, plus special recognition.

3. Payments & Renewals

Paid plans are processed via PayPal. Monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime plans are one‑time, non‑refundable after 14 days.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel any recurring plan at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid further charges. Refund requests for first‑time purchases must be made within 14 days; thereafter, sales are final.

5. Community Conduct

Members agree to respect fellow users, keep confidential information private, and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or spam. Violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit (journal entries, posts). By posting, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to display that content within the platform. You may delete your content at any time.

7. Disclaimer

We provide career resources and community support but do not guarantee employment outcomes. Members should perform their own due diligence when engaging with hiring authorities or opportunities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trailblazer Talent LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
