What began as one veteran’s personal reinvention has become a community‑powered movement. When John Polhill III—“JP”—lost his federal role overnight due to executive order budget cuts, he refused to see it as an ending. He saw a new beginning.

Transition Trailblazers was born out of that moment of disruption. JP rallied his network of 2,150+ hiring leaders, tapped the lessons of his USAFE football days, and built a peer‑driven ecosystem where every displaced public servicer can:
